After installation or in some cases repair Kool Planet staff will spend some time going through the correct operation of the equipment with you (and your staff if appropriate and convenient) to identify those mal-practices which would compromise its efficient working. This training should be passed onto new staff on their induction. Paying this attention to detail will save you excessive operational costs and indirectly the environment.
