Types of Service Offered

Kool Planet offer two types of service; reactive and proactive.

Reactive

We pride ourselves on the level of expertise held within our company. Our 'call-back' rate is impressively low as we always endeavour to do it right first time. This demands a working knowledge of many different systems.
