After Sales Service
Kool Planet offer an outstanding after sales service with their refrigeration products. Working in conjunction with yourselves we are able to tailor specific maintenance programs that are suitable with your needs and requirements. With the new FGAS regulations coming into force we are able to design your very own refrigerant log book. Any system with over 3KG of refrigerant in it has to have a log book. Systems of this size need to be leak checked once per year and the log book records the amount of refrigerant added or reclaimed at any time. Systems that would come under this category would be walk in cold rooms and freezer rooms, cellar coolers, dairy cases and some ice machines. It is highly recommended that refrigeration products are properly serviced at least once per year. In some cases it may be worthwhile servicing the cabinets more than once.
